getting color maps from normal maps ?

ok so bo3 textures are weird and sometimes they come with no color map.
anyway i can turn the normal map into a color map ?

No you cannot convert a normal to a colour map, doesn't work that way.
You can generate a normal map from a colour map, but not the other way around.
