Try deleting your "workshop.json" file in your map's zone folder. Right click your map in launcher and click show zone folder. Then go back one to where you're in your zm_mapname folder and its in your "zone" folder. Just delete it and try to upload to workshop again

Also, if you have a preview image, it HAS to be 512x512 or else it will fail.
