Does GPU have to support DX11? Can we use tools without dx11?
Does GPU have to support DX11? Can we use tools without dx11?
I would assume the tools support the exact same things as the game. So if the game doesn't support something then the tools also wouldn't I would think.

I'd say it's time for an upgrade if it doesn't support DX11, the tools are demanding besides the fact they probably require DX11 like the game.
