I imported Bo3 zombies on my map,
Something like this image will happen.:(

Ignore the texture of the model.
Models imported tools
Wraith

When I opened the model with maya,
It was different from this video.
:(
We're sorry.
The embdedded media couldn't be retrieved.
View reason
The response was empty.
View media in new tab

Is this probably because maya is wrong?
Or Wraith's import was bad?

I tried opening a zombie model with maya,
The model I imported is lying down.
In the movie, the model was vertical.

My Wraith setting.

To rotate a model, hold alt+left mouse button. Also, you probably exported it as an xmodel_export without fixing the model so it work with BO3. You need to edit the "<file name>.mel" .mel file as done in the video and remove the BO2 joints. You'll need to export a BO3 model and keep the BO3 joints. Then, you can slap a BO2 zombie model on it ;)

There's nothing wrong with Wraith, I just think you have screwed up somehow. Nothing wrong with that, shit happens when you try something new :P :poker: Even I screwed up with my first weapon port (joints/model didn't matched eachother)

:troll: :-X

You don't need all the LODs as they take up additional HDD space and you don't really need them.

Which model is that? BO2 or BO3? Rotating models are dependent on what you're doing. Not necessary for the body.

I meant using alt+left mouse button allows you to adjust the camera position of the scene, not the model itself :P

I assume the grids confuses you, it's not that important. Also, rotating the joints might mess up the model unless you make the meshes match the co-ordinates of the joints. I wouldn't move anything if I were you. Delete the joints (if this is a BO2 model) and keep the meshes.

To export, ctrl click the model/joints. Click Select> Hierarchy, then export xmodel on the tools...

Why is my grid lying next?
What I imported is a zombie on BO3.

Do you know how to solve this?

The model have only 1 material assigned to it. Nothing more you can do ;)

Ah, you're going to use a existing BO3 zombie model. I thought you were going to import a model from a different game. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought you were doing what Zeroy did in his video :P

I could export from maya, but there is only one material. :(

in maya preferences you have to change the directional setting when u load something into maya :P

either Z or Y, one of them would make the models stand 90 degrees
