Change Round's Sounds (Nothing Seems to Work) in Modding

I'm trying to change these sounds, I've followed every tutorial about it in this page but apparently nothing works for me, I converted the sounds with the CoDWaW Sound Converter, I don't have any problem with this tool 'cause I changed other sounds previously, it is probable that the problem has to do with the soundaliases, I will leave my soundalias to you so you can help me and tell me what's wrong
