How do I get round 1 to not start untill im in a specific room like Rainy Death

I want the game to not start spawning zombies & not show the round 1 overlay on the screen until you walk into a specific room just like it is on rainy death the round doesn't start until u jump down into a part of the map. Any help would be really appreciated!
