I cannot figure out how to play co op on this map. In the settings there is no gamemode option so when I start up the map with my friend in the lobby it loads up the WaW campaign map 'Semper Fi'. What am I missing?

Also to note,  Chirstmas Warehouse also has the same issue.

When you make a co-op lobby, click on "Game Setup" and change the mode from "Campaign" to "Zombies." There should only be one zombies map (Kniepe), select that and start the game.

That is how I usually would go about doing it, but this time around on kneipe and christmas warehouse (the 2 I have seen it with so far) they dont have that option. The settings menu only lets you change server name, max players, voice chat, and max/minimum ping settings. The only game setup menu is the settings menu.
