PM'dafter a month it went back to black and blurry. I deleted the mod last month, yet its back to black and blurry
If anyone else experiences this try deleting your config.cfg:
\AppData\Local\Activision\players\profiles\YourName\config.cfg
I did everything you suggested
I even deleted and reinstalled all my CustomZ's and mods

Nods wouldn't matter.deleting the config should in fact fix it. If it doesn't try resetting it by using the in game option
