You need to download the Soviet mod and launch it first. Then enter the command soviet_rush into the console.

Updated to 1.2 Beta.
- Added Soviet mod 1.3 weapon fx and rotation ability and all other soviet mod changes.
-Added wall to the other side of an area so you can't look through it.
