I want to know if there is any way to port cod 4 textures to waw.

If you have CoD4 mod tools and the game, yes you can. Just copy and paste the material and material properties and extract the textures from CoD4.
Some textures might not show up though because of Radiant's supposed texture limit.

Tried that but all textures i added showed up as the default texture.
You must not have copied everything over then. Make sure you also copy the images to the raw images folder.
