Some guns have ben messed up. Everything is "tag_weapon", anims are set to "relative" and "use Bones" is unchecked. I have created animated models (tag_view + hierarchy + either a random weapon mesh/one mesh from the rig) and those are "tag_weapons". Any advice?



ADS anim is "broken" on the XMLAR



ASM1 is stuck in the middle of the screen




Same thing with HBRA3, althought less severe.




Even the Barrett is stuck into my face  :P

Somehow, the other MWR weapons I ported (RPD, Dragunov and the M60) looks perfect...

Just encountered this error while working with some sniper rifles (Barrett, SVD Dragunov, GM6). What have I done wrong in APE?. The reticle size is 1024x1024 and I made it in Photoshop.

I set the image as an image asset (2d map) in APE.

What type of weapon should I define energy weapons in APE? Currently working on the EPM3/EM1 and the AE4.

Just wondered which .paks contains the weapon sounds. I know that MWR/AW sounds are labelled unknown in Wraith, but I don't want to extract a ton of unnecessary files.

Just noticed that most of the BO2 gun viewmodels are missing their right side or are split in half. Can I replace them with their world models or would that mess up animation porting?

Have some questions regarding modding.

  • Which programs to use to extract weapon sounds? I'd appreciate links to commonly used programs :)
  • Is there any guide for porting dual wields/make pistols dual wield for Black Ops 3?
  • How to make a PaP-ed version of a ported weapon?

Programs installed already: Lime/Lemon, Wraith, Maya 2016 w/necessary plug-ins and the T7 conversion rigs.

Just starting on my modding project for BO3 and I can't find the file names for these AW weapons.

  • Ohm

Hi. Just wanted to port over the M240 and I noticed it have all of the attachments on it when viewing it in Maya. Should I remove them or let them be? Also, the belt is straight rather than being in its "normal" position in gameplay. Shoull I be worried or can I just ignore it?

Going to port over some MW2 weapons and just noticed there isn't any plug-ins available for Maya 2017. Any ETA for plug-ins compatible? Currently downloading the trial version of 2016  :P
