Refinery
Description:
Refinery is the second map (the first being Shanty Town, released only on ZM) I've created that is a remake of one of the multiplayer maps in the PSP game Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror. I decided to go with this map for two main reasons: 1) Refinery was one of my favorite maps in the multiplayer (being there were only 6, there wasn't many to choose from in the first place) and 2) The way the map is set up is perfect for the conditions of the YAW contest which this map was entered in to (video will be linked at the bottom).
Features:
-Two easter eggs, one involving the winnable ending
-New weapons from MW1 up to Ghosts (listed below)
-Modified Gungame and Sharpshooter (only upgraded weapons)
-Customized Dvars for different look (including FOV)
-Zombie Counter
-Different wall weapon setup
-New effect and melee when using upgraded weapons

-MTAR (BO2)
-G3 (MW1, different from the previous one in the UGX-Mod)
-Commando (BO1)
-M16A1 (BO1)
-FAL OSW (BO2)
-Model 1887 (MW2)
-Kiparis (BO1)

-PDW (Ghosts, functions and is animated like the AW version)
-FMG-9 (MW3)

-Ripper (Ghosts)

Good fast map, EE was not too difficult and quick. If only this map had a trap or a waff or some type of wonder weapon...
I would of tried for round 100 and im not joking :)

There is a special wonder weapon that was a part of the second easter egg I mentioned, and I show how to do it in the Dev Gameplay video.

Its an insta kill weapon, untill you run out of ammo?
The non-upgraded version has 3 shots per fire, each doing 1000 damage. The upgraded version on the other hand has 6 shots per fire, each doing 3000 damage and a 10% chance of doing ice damage, which is an insta-kill along with the punch, so it can last quite awhile.

Im talking about 100, your a map maker and know how many zombies it would take to kill to reach that round. the punch is very good and i enjoyed the map, untill i ran out of ammo with the insta gun :)

Ah, I see what you mean. I never tried going high round on the map so I didn't think about what would at least help accomplish that.

Awesome map! I love the upgraded weapon effects and the Kapris PaP are my favorites!
Only problem is that when I was playing gungame, the map crashed when I got to the Ballista.

I ran into that issue a few times and somehow it stopped coming happening at one point, so I didn't realize it'd still be around.

That's interesting. I'll play another gungame and see if the same thing happens. I forgot to mention that once in awhile the Upgrade weapon drop pops up in gungame, which is totally useless because everything's already pack-a-punched.

It should automatically do it the first time you load up the mod, but if you die and go back to the lobby you'll have to restart the lobby.

Please fix gungame mod. It crashed randomly when I degraded someone!

when i get to the captcha and do it right nothing even happens so i cant get the map can someone help me please :( :(
