First off, make sure you and the person you are trying to plau with both have the maps up to date.

For being your first map it's great! Just that when I was playing with a friend we get a bug, everytime one goes down all the ammo disappear (including grenades and monkeys) and sometimes Mule kick doesn't wor...

If you are on the same network, try hosting a LAN lobby for them to join. You could also try port forwarding WaW if that doesn't work.

You should try running the installer as an administrator

Makr sure you try running it as an administrator. To do this you need to right click on the mod installer and click run as administrator
