glitch when add weather

so i followed this tut to add rain to my map and it is work perfectly

but there are 2 stupid problems :

1) In some places the rain looks like Continues to go down to the bottom

2) I can see some prefabs underground

need help plz

Your issue has nothing to do with the rain you added, it is actually the fact that your ground it a blend texture.
Just make sure that when you select a ground texture, it does not say blend.

(blend texture) you mean use many texture in the same place ?

it means unless ur blending pathes with a texture dont use the textures then have the suffix _blend
