Was there any files in the usermap folder?

Have you done a general search for "ugx" on your computer?

Only other suggestion i can think of is to start a basic map without any custo...

Go to your appdata mods folder (where dl maps go) then go back one directory and check the folder "user maps".
Check all the c:/users/ profile name / appdata folders on your pc.

If there is no maps in the appdata mods folder then you shouldn't have a reference to a ugx mod image.
Go to the appdata folder and then go 2 directories back and check to see if there is another user pro...

If your not a modder and just a player check your appdata mods folder( where dl maps go ) for any loose files not in a folder.

If you have loose files can u check the dates to see what map they came from...

Make sure your "ugxm_pap_gun_upgrade" is in your mod folder and it's IWI,not dds or tga
