Wow. You've made some of the biggest maps in terms of the evolution of Custom Zombies, this seems to be another! Cannot wait for this Map friend :D

Unlike the two above me I didn't start with that many points (unfortunately  ;D)

However I played the Map for a bit there and for being a stock-ish Map its very fun and intense! I liked the Auto Gewher and the tight spaces made solo frustrating and intense. Although if you're gonna have Double PaP you really need to work on that glitch, other wise I'm gonna stick to 1x PaP like I did.

Its interesting though, I found it very difficult to train, eventually getting caught beside the Double Tap Machine outside haha

Good Map my friend, challenging and fun, I look forward to seeing more of your work :)

Nah but seriously, Stadium is possibly my all time favourite CoD DLC Map, so excited to see this progress! I'll be checking this regularly, anticipating the release day :D Good luck friend!

Yes, you see the wall the Zombies sprint out of? You can go in there and PaP is in the tunnel, you can also use it as a Shortcut to Double Tap.

Which is another reason this Map needs work. Hidden walls/tunnels aren't the best Map design.

Okay so I played until Round 11, used roughly a dozen guns and did everything I could. Here's my review of the Beta Version of your Map.

What I liked:

The weapon variety and Perks were a good feature. It's nice to go from a Cold War era AUG to a futuristic Razorback. So props to you on that. The sound was good and the movement was fluid too. But unfortunately it all goes downhill from here I'm afraid to tell you..

Bugs:

I already posted the Mauser Bug earlier, it's inconsistent. I also found an issue where I was only able to use one gun throughout the Play-through, although I have a feeling this is a result of the previously mentioned Mauser issue.

Only other bug I found was that when I bought DeadShot, the laser was at a right angle, not directly forward:



Look and Layout:

Visually the Map is fine, the wall/floor textures are fairly accurate, you've got it going for you that CSGO itself isn't exactly a "next-gen" looking Game haha :D

However, this Map needs more playable areas. We're basically limited to the CT Side, let us play on T Side and Palace and the other bombsite! Right now it feels like when Treyarch shrunk down Green Run into 4 smaller Maps. And also, I really don't like the hidden hallway. I hope this is just a placeholder? Finally the perks are very close to each other but I assume that if/when the map is expanded, this will change.

Gameplay:

At a Beta stage I won't criticise too much here. The Zombies were a little fast, which made it intense but I believe the Map Maker should choose the difficulty of their creation, if you like it this way so be it. Since I was limited to 1 Weapon I chose to stick near the box at the "T" Junction which was a little easy I guess. I couldn't really find a training spot or another other easy hold-off area.

Dislikes:

No wall guns? I respect that this is a Beta and it will improve but that's just not fun, I don't like putting my weapon choice to chance. And I found the 4 perk limit annoying, especially since Wunderfizz is included on the Map.

Improvements:

Perhaps you could incorporate some CSGO Elements to make it feel more authentic? Maybe a CSGO Main Menu Background, similar to that of the actual Game and perhaps the Dust 2 Loading Screen? Also, maybe add an M9 or Karambit as the starting weapon instead of a Pistol? Hehe

I know this is your second map, but would a CSGO Style HUD be too much to ask for? Where you can see your HP (+Jugg), weapon Silhouettes on-screen and a CSGO Tab Menu? Maybe I'm being too ambitious I don't know! :P

Was prepared to give this Map a full review/breakdown but already ran into an issue.

When you start out in Solo (not sure about MP) you have no starting weapon:



I restarted 3 times and it happened every time. This is only fixed after you buy Quick Revive unfortunately;



I'll still try and play it despite this bug, just thought I'd let you know before I did anything else. Oh and the zombie tracking seems a bit wonky, out of the six Round 1 Zombies, 2 of them started to run down T Spawn while I was on Bombsite/Ramp..

Edit - Sorry apparently 3 times wasn't enough :P

I restarted 5 more times, 1 time I had to buy QR to get my Mauser, One I just had to scroll/change weapon and the other 3 times it just spawned my masuer right away.. Not sure what happened then..

The spawning points for the zombies are broken in player spawn. I stood right on top of them and the zombies just walked down the middle of the shop, uninterested in me.

And I don't get the necessity of having a 1k door to get outside, as well as a 3k? I chose to buy the 3000 door hoping it would lead to something more important, but nope, just the same large open area..

I think if you're gonna model a zombies map based on a retail store, try to go along the lines of the McDonalds Map that was released a while ago, it was a very well done replication of a store.

Alright so I did my playthrough. I've got some Pros and some Cons.

Bugs:

Firstly, I noticed when the round counter went beyond Round 5, it obstructed my points, as shown here:



Aside from that no other major bugs. No clipping issues found or anything.


Review:

Well, the map isn't bad. Certainly not for a first release, I'd say it's very good actually in that context. However it's still a long way from perfection

Let's start with aesthetically, it's ugly. Every wall and floor (interior) is just the same ugly, depressing wall and floor. Maybe spice it up a little there?  I appreciate the laboratory vibe you're trying to accomplish, but it's just not that good to look at.

Features are solid, especially for a first map. Lots of gun and perk variety, the Kino-Porter and everything else is good. Although I think the Points power-up could be nerfed, it gave me 5000 points once which basically allowed me to perk-up and be "done" with the map before round 9.

As for layout No complaints here except that the Teleporter room leading to pack a punch needs stairs back up to the garden area. I had no issues personally but I can imaging this screwing people up sometime or another.

Finally Gameplay. It's not bad it's just.. boring? Like I said above the points power up gave me a lot of points early on which allowed me to do everything accomplish-able easily enough. Maybe I've been spoiled by other Maps in this regard, something that gave me an incentive to play beyond perks and PaP. But don't take this as a negative criticism, just my personal view. Just as it stands, I feel like even though this Map is in Beta Stage, I'm done with it.

Suggestions and Improvements:

I think most of this you could gather from everything I've said. Firstly, spice up the map a bit, make it look a little more pleasing to the eye. If you wanna add more areas/perks/guns too go for it!

Mainly what I would like from this map is an objective or an endgame. Even some soul boxes would have kept me playing a few more rounds for a crappy ray gun!  :P

If you take this on board and decide to include an end-game, please don't just cheap out with a ~50k Buyable, have some searching, target shooting etc I don't know, just anything that will encourage me me to keep playing!

I'll tell you what though, I'll give it one more run-through and finalize my thoughts on her later. I have faith that this map could be a fun, replayable one, it just needs some extra work to get it there. But good job anyway dude, welcome to the Modding Scene and I expect big things of you  :D

What's the solo console command for this map? I'm not expecting much but just want something to kill 20-30 mins

I tried "/map sniper challenge"and it loaded up the Reznov sniper Mission! hahaha

I'm elated at this news! However, it's a bittersweet reveal for me.. I struggled to even play the Beta on PC, wanting to play the full Game on PC would mean near enough a full system upgrade, which is far too expensive atm :(

Perhaps one day I'll be able to enjoy Custom BO3 Zombies but for now I gotta stick to WaW and PS4 Shadows of Evil..

I wish all the top map makers in this community (really, there are too many too list) the best of luck in designing top-quality Maps and ideas. Some Custom WaW Maps have been even better than Treyarch's creations from 2007 till present, and that was on an 8 year old Game! I have no doubt in my mind this community will blow Zombies out of the water! :D

Haha, I remember playing the demo of this and being like "oh, that's it?" lol.
 
But the map looks great from the pics I've seen, I'm a fan of your work so I look forward to trying this on Friday ! :D

Oh fuck yeah, Nuke is my absolutely favourite CSGO Map, can't wait to see it zombie-fied with UGX 1.1! :D

I hope you don't make heaven/hut safe zones though ;)
