You're probably doing the same mistake I did before. If you launch the game in single player and directly hit console command it won't load the map for you. First you need to load the mod from mod list. And after that use the code mentioned above.
edit: and don't add 1.1 at the end of it.
edit2: come to think of it, where's the OP why's he not implementing a proper solo launch feature? This topic wil continue with people having issues to launch without know-how knowledge.
I'm not implementing a solo button because I lost the original files when I re installed my mod tools.
Besides if people don't have the brain capacity to type in map nazi_zombie_dome_snow and ask the same question over and over that has been already answered, there is something wrong.

Nice map but I am unable to play in soloDo you know a command I can use to play it?

Sorry to hear that.
Now, I can understand new forum members asking why the map is not working. Especially if it's their first post. They don't know what to do they gotta learn.
I'm not sure if forum lets you edit old posts but it would better if you edit your first post and add related information to help these newbies run your map properly.

its actually damn sad. how are u happy with some words like ,- yay, zombies for free I dont have to buy black ops 2 but then u just relaze u have wrong CoD to play. like I did
