All UGX Mod based maps dosent work in coop for me anymore

hi
i have a huge probleme. at some point my game decided not run coop games on all ugx mod based maps anymore. at the beginning everything was fine and worked perfect but now i cant play this maps anymore in coop? what can be the probleme here?
it give me a error like 400 fx or something? after i host a game and start, it crash and on the screen u can see its loading semperfi and not the custom map. then its over and i have a black screen and the error message. only the task manger help to get out of there.
i hope someone can help me with this. its now bygone some time and i never get it right. i dont want to reinstall/repair or something on the game self when its possible.

As far as I remember it only happens when you get back to the lobby while playing co-op. It should be fixed after you close the lobby and start hosting again. But if you have the same problem on singleplayer, trying loading the map on console like the other maps.

If you have the steam version then verify your games cache, otherwise reinstall the game itself.
