Just finished the map, all I can say is that this map is best thing as sliced Bread. It is the most complete and detailed map i have ever played in custom zombies, ever. It's also the 1st map i have played to feature cerberus in it, as well as a fully animated death machine with animated bullet feed :o. The engineer is annoying as f**k but, i guess so is Brutus, The only complaint about him is the fact he is so bloody fast (not even the panzer or brutus are as fast as he is) :fuuu:. The witches were a great addition to the map. The only query i have is, where the hell is the Quick Revive machine? ??? (although i have it in the end, but this was from a perk drop (if the machine is on the map, it's as elusive as the invisible man). This map had me on my toes because i was always thinking about the fact that there would be bloody jumpscares or the engineer around every corner (BTW, for everyone out there, there are no jumpscares). To me, it was a good selection of perks you had in the map, as i found out through playing it. The easter egg is intriguing as the Der Reise one, and as i said before, it was very well detailed. I can only find one fault, and it's the clipping problem with the stairs leading to Double Tap (found myself tripping balls trying to go up them).
Apart from that, this map was excellent, because perfect is saying too much and great is too little gratitude.

GREAT MAP CHROMA! First of all I would like to just say my general opinion of the map before I go into any details. First of all, I got the living bejeebers scared out of me when I first met the "Engineer". Well played. Second of all, this map is VERY replayable. Maybe it's something about the M1927 or the good train spots :PCouldn't agree more mate
Now for me to list positives:
1. EASTER EGG- Though it was very easy to complete once you found everything (I beat it in 9 rounds on my first try at the steps), the Easter Egg was well made and reminded me of Outlast when you had to do the final step, which I will not say. I appreciated the prisoner speaking, as well.
2. Custom Weapons- This is a big one. As most maps may go for a larger variety of weapons than this map has (though you have no shortage of them ;) ), each weapon was well done and almost resembled the originals PERFECTLY. I was very surprised to see how the Blundergat worked, reloaded, and sounded. I understand this must have taken some time for you to do. The monkey effect on the Gat also is amazing and fun. The Hell's Retriever and the MK II were both also excellent. The Retriever works perfectly and I have no complaints about it. I also like the fact that the Zombie Shield is seemingly indestructible in terms of durability. It doesn't make me constantly travel for a new one, which is a pain (for me, at least).
3. Map Design- People argue that this map is both hard and easy. My opinion is that it is just right. There is still room to train for solo players without making the map too open. The tight corridors make the early part of the game very confined and tight, making the player watch himself for hits extra carefully. The Outlast feel of the map was achieved without making everything too difficult. I also like the roaming Witch Spawn area, as it might seal off certain areas from easy access for a short time. The detail was excellent, and no part felt out of place, let alone lacking of anything. The part locations are great and not annoying, as well.
4. The zombies (almost done :P )- The custom models were a perfect fit to this hospital map, with MoTD prison guards to straightjacket patients. The Engineer as a boss zombie was, at least to me, also fairly balanced. It would make one watch where he fires so as to not make him angry until he has a crawler. His speed is fine, and his damage is good. As he has not so much health if you shoot him in the head, he has an obvious weak point. Making the regular zombies semi-sprint in the beginning also helped in making things just a bit more fast paced. Early runners were a good choice for this map.
The negatives are not much in regard to this map, as they would be, if anything, basic details. As a personal opinion, the fact that one can get stuck in the Engineer and can't escape easily due to his stuns is just a bit annoying, but not game breaking. No Quick Revive is another, but it adds a challenge. So, depending on the person, that is either good or bad. I also hope you can change the fact that the Engineer can die to a nuke, as it kind of defeats the purpose of a boss zombie if it can die so fast and by sheer chance of a drop.
Overall, the map was very solid and was a good advancement from your other maps. I can see a great change in your ideas and projects for the better. Keep up the good work!Your fellow slayaKiru

Alright so I was playing and found a round skip by standing by speed cola. Basically if you are just standing by the machine no zombies spawn, as shown by the video below.
Also in the video I show off zombies being killed at round 24 with no double tap and at round 31 with double tap just to show kind of how the zombies work since I noticed as well how they seemed a bit easy (not like thats a problem, I think the map is fine how it is difficulty wise. Very atmospheric and relaxing)

No I didnt add the upgrade for the retriever sorry :/ Also a tip for you guys, the perk bottle drop will only give you the 4 original perks so I'd recommend getting non original first, made you think how you get your perks :D kinda like origins how you got free double tap so you had to make sure not to get it beforehand

Found some bugs:
- Acid Gat shots can be heard everywhere (2d sound used as 3d)
- We built the shield with only one of the parts
- If you go prone and move forward your gun disappears when you stand back up
- Last step of endgame was not clear in COOP (nothing said we all needed to be at the door - spent 45 minutes running around after finding all eight tapes because we didn't know what to do at the door -_- )
- GAME OVER screen doesn't say you won, can't take screenshot proof of winning...
- Courtyard only gets 1-2 zombies spawned in it even on high rounds - the zombies were all going for the other COOP players
- Stairs are badly clipped (got caught on a lot of the railings)
Some of your weapons, when PAP'ed, are missing their lunge knife animations. so before you release a 1.1, patch this first please

The witches are bugged, they respawn in the fog every round after they came for the first time (round 6), can you fix that?
In my case the witches spawned where there was the chest, and i couldn't use that for the witches that respawned infinity times.
they are supposed to, everytime you see fog pretend like its the house on buried, you go in the first time then the ghosts will follow you out until you kill them all and get a free perk, but then the next time you go in the house they will still spawn but not give you a free perk, thats how they are supposed to workbut you can get the perk only one time?? and after the round when i take the perk.. in the next round i can get the perk if i kill some of the witches ("some" because they are infinity)?

I was doing more playthrough's last night and discovered a few things:
- If you spawn the engineer up near the buildable table for the sheild, he will glitch out, causing his wrench to fly across the room and him to just stand there, shaking his head.
- Some of the guns need a buff as they seem too weak to me. (The python un PAP'ed should be one hit with DT 2.0 until round 20). Also, the PAP affect doesn't do anything to a few guns (KSG, B23R, Python, MP5 etc.)
- and, to finish it off, it appears that it's the olympia PAP'ed and the skorpion (both versions) have melee problems. As well as the B23R constantly readies itself up when pulled out after a weapons swap and the executioner has a faster melee than normal.
That is all for problems, i have one query, can you make so the engineer isn't so bloody loud when he screams? could you make it maybe as loud as george or brutus, if it's possible?

I know this is too late to add for the 1.1 patch, but the PPSH-41 sound file skips a bit when you fire it constantly (no burst, full auto, you'll know it when yo hear the different sound within it). it is either a DT glitch caused by it firing too fast to keep up or it came with the gun itself. Please fix it.

no, but plans for 1.2 include fixing buildables in coop, adding solo quick revive, adding more spawners in outside area, fixing sounds like acid gat from anywhere, loud scream of boss, loud dog barking, and a few weapon adjustments, and lowering the bosses health but still leaving the screen shake cause I dont want him to be to easy xDAlso, whilst i was testing one night, i found out that the acid gat does f**k all to him. and also leave the machine out and make it a witches perk drop only. ya fixing that too, also the acid gat is OP on the normal zombies, so I had it not do any damage to the engineerCheers, and i like what you did there. If i can i make one request for a perk, let it be Deadshot daquiri. Although a useless perk on PC as the auto-aim is gone, the hip-fire accuracy increase is amazing. Also, i fix some mappers/scripters made it so it increased headshot damage (thus making it useful on PC). Don't quote me on that as i am not 100% sure on that. Also, would you be able to tell me the guns that are getting buffed (if i'm allowed to be told that)?

One question: How do the ghosts spawn often, and where?
from what i can gather, there are several locations in the game they spawn in, but only one at a time, if the room is blackened out, they'll spawn in there and die when you leave, every few rounds, it'll trigger a ghost round for everyone
Try to imagine the fog is the house from buried, except the fog will move around the map every 4 rounds (on buried the house just lights up), standing in the fog will cause witches to keep spawning and spawning no matter what round just like standing in the house, the first time you enter the fog when its in a new location (or when the house lights up on buried) the ghosts will follow you out of the fog until all are killed for a free perk

Now for my review...
This map is by far one of the best, if not THE best, custom map I've ever played. Everything is so damn incredible that I'm gonna have to split it up into sections:
GUNS: Every single gun (at least that I've used so far) has been spot on with the real Treyarch ones. Sounds, anims, everything. Also the first custom map I've seen to use the BO2 M1911, which just adds more to the BO2 feel. I absolutely love a map with right-on weapons, especially right-on BO2 ones.
LOOKS: Oh my god, the looks and feel of this map... There's a certain factor of zombie maps that is near impossible to achieve, that makes me scared to go to sleep after playing, scared to even run around the map, makes me feel like I'm actually THERE. This map got to that level where I was practically shivering with fear, but couldn't look away. Also, Jesus Christ, the detail! This legitimately looks like a Treyarch map in most of the rooms. The overall layout is really really nice too.
GAMEPLAY: Where do I even start? The Buried Witches, the Engineer Boss that FREAKS YOU THE HELL OUT the first time you play, the MOTD zombies, the Hellhounds, the Hell's Retriever, the buildables, the FREAKING ZOMBIE SHIELD... Honestly, I wouldn't change the way you set up any of these. I like how the Boss just strolls around until you shoot him, and how the Witch Mist moves every 4 rounds to make you change up your training spot. I mean, just outstanding, it's on par with stuff Treyarch would do.
So anyway, this is an ENORMOUS improvement from glitchy, dull, broken old Lorkeep. GIGANTIC. Keep this up and you'll be working for Treyarch one day :P Of course with any map there were a few things I didn't like. The Easter Egg was pretty lame in my opinion, as it's just running around the map picking stuff up, and the entire thing can be done in one round if you have all the doors open. The map lacks detail in a few rooms (ie bookshelf room, PAP cell, Main office) that is on par with the rest. There's no icons on the HUD for the buildables parts, tapes, keys, or USB drive, which makes it annoying to keep track of everything you have. There aren't any Claymores/Bouncing Betties. There's no Quick Revive machine and solo quick revive doesn't work. Also, in our co-op game, we encountered a glitch where our perk shaders didn't show up until we built the zombie shield, not sure what was going on there.
Aside from all that, I just can't praise this map enough. Although I do hope you might release an update with some of those fixes, this map is easily in my top 5 custom maps of all time.
I do have a few questions, is it possible to upgrade the Hell's Retriever? And does anyone know the best solo high round strategy for this map?

I'm gonna try to beat RedRes's record of 48, the strat I have in mind is training in the Tommygun room with the Acid Gat, but I'm not sure what to use on the Engineer to quickly kill him on the rounds he comes. Any suggestions?PAP'ed tommygun or Blundegat

It really saddens me that this isnt in the UGX map manager :alone:
working on it, all I need to fix is hitmarkers appearing for everyone, then everything should be fixed, I added solo quick revive, fixed some sounds, and few other things, then trems gonna test it and if its good ill update it here (or he might just go ahead and add it right to the manager, but I didnt want to update every single time on the website)
Did you enable Specular Map and Shadows in graphic settings?
- The lights are well... how would I say it... they are weird. They give a black 'tint' or something, don't know how to explain.
The zombie boss is too much overpowered, i shot all the bullets of the Acid Blundergat and he not die... Please underpower it!!
Another thing, is often impossible when i stay alone try to shoot him because he is too fast. Fix it!
acid and retriever do very little damage to the boss, but i have lowered his health in the final update
Chroma, just a few more suggestions to fix in the final update because I want this map to be as good as possible:
-In the outdoor courtyard on the wall where you can jump out the window the pillars and windows are wayyy off the wall
-Please up the damage of the Hell's Retriever, especially since you can't get the upgraded version. It is garbage past round 15 or so.
-Add a trap or two maybe? :3
-Add part/camera/key/USB icons for the HUD

Please underpower it!!pro tip if you leave boss alone til end of rnd you normally get nuke b4 end and that takes him out no problem .in 23 rnd s i only had to shoot him down once so id say thats fair . and if you get nuke at end of rnd b4 he spawns leave it to roll over into next rnd if you can and that takes him out and you dont even encounter him. try this and you ll find life much easier .

not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but if you continue to shoot a zombie just after you kill it, you will still register hit markers on itI noticed when I made hitmarkers for ugx mod v1.1 that this was actually a pretty hard bug to fix without breaking the hitmarkers for the "killshot" of the zombie. I really love this map. The guns, detail, and atmosphere are incredible. The only problem I have is that I cannot change the field of view. This makes the map very hard to play for me.

I get this error message from time to time. I have never found a real answer as to why it shows up because this is usually an error that you would get while mapping not playing the map itself.
But every time this happens all I have to do is delete the map from mods folder and Re-download from original source. Seems to always fix the problem for me.

I have tried deleting any possible loose files, deleting it totally, verifying game cache, etc.
Any ideas? Also, I have the Steam version, I run the mod manager as an admin, and I have full access to the network (I administrate it)
I love the map, but i have only 1 complaint. I am HORRIBLE at zombies, so I use the dev console to experience and have fun with the map. With this map however, no matter if I have Thereisacow set to 1337, use devmap, or even spdevmap, I can't use the console. Because of this, I cannot use the console, and therefore cannot fully enjoy the map. If possible in an update, it would be awesome if you could add it. Thanks!

Well, i'm not sure if it's too late to report bugs, but I've found one.
When you sprint with the Blundergat, if you aim immediately after sprinting, it breaks the ADS animation (as in you don't aim down the sights until you fire the gun)

If I played only the normal way I wouldn't fully appreciate all the stuff he put in the map! Maybe mappers should make it so that beating the map unlocks the use of devmap.
