so i know what 400 fx error is i have fixed it many times i have used addicteds tut removed unused fx in my mapname.csv and i have removed all the stock weapons but i can still only use about 5 custom weapons! do you know any other ways to fix it?

You sure you properly removed the FX? Did you recompile everything after you did?

You sure you properly removed the FX? Did you recompile everything after you did?
ya i have checked and re done the tut many times and all the fx except UGX easy fx is commented out in my mod.csv

try to adding all new stuff into your mapname.csv and not mod.csv.
also make sure you removed/comment out your weapons in dlc3.csv, dlc3_code.gsc and zombiemode_weapons.gsc which you dont use.
that helped me.. ::)

Do you use the UGX easy fx script to impliment fx's?

If you do, then to remove fx from that as well, you will have to open ugx_easy_fx.gsc and comment all lines that begins with,

If you haven't commented any of them, then there is a big chance that you have exceeded the limit. But keep the fx's you already use of course, just comment the ones you don't use.
