I've been struggling with lights for some time now, I can't figure out what causes 2 of my problems that I couldn't resolve.

1)

A lot of things, not only trees, but literly everything sometimes gets really shiny (as you can see in the picture). I dont really know what causes the problem. The only way to fix it, that i found out, is to remove the object and place the same one over again, try in different positions or place. Sometimes it works and sometimes I have to try it several times until it finally works.

2)

I have strange shadowns in some parts of the map. There is no such thing that can make shadows look like that. I have even put a source of light next to it and it didn't dissapear

I would really appreciate any kind of help since I'm struggling with those problems for some time now

1. do you have a lightgrid around the map, and if so which type?
2. put a caulk box around the area and then make it non-colliding. that should fix that. also you can edit the lightmap by doing shift l and messing around with the surface inspector

1) I do have a lightgrid all over the map. It's lightgrid_Volume
2)I'm checking it right now

Edit:
2) it doesn't seem like it helped, instead it just made  the shadow even bigger
