After installing the mod tools and getting errors, or for simply resetting your Radiant, you cannot just rely on unistalling cod and deleting the files... you need to remove the registry key... this is particulary helpful if you accidently toggled something in radiant and your unsure how to reverse it.

this will remove your radiants configuration, returning it to default:

Close Radiant,
Go to Start (windows key),
Type in 'Regedit',
Open 'Registry Editor',
Locate: 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/iw/CoDWaWRadiantModTool/Radiant
Remove the folder named 'Radiant',
Open your launcher and start Radiant,
It should be back to factory settings,
Go to Edit, Preferences,
Turn on 'Manipulator Handles'
Save.

Done.
