did you convert the lens image to tga?this is not the correct way for a red dot
Did you add a blend texture to the reticle?
Did you include the images in your mods folder?
make sure to set "no tile" or there will be several dots patterned

Or if you have cod 4 you can just take the materials and images from there and use that 1 instead it'll be pretty much the same anyway
