Make sure there aren't some lose files located in your mod Directory. This directory can be found in C:\Users\NAME\appdata\local\activision\CoDWaW\mods\. Delete all lose files in this directory, because you won't need them to actually run your game.

Also, make sure the UGX Zone Debugger isn't in your mods folder. The Zone debugger is called "zone_debugger.iwd". Go to
C:\Users\NAME\appdata\local\activision\CoDWaW\mods\mapname\ and make sure the .iwd file i just mentioned isn't in that folder.

Note: You could take a look at this. Maybe this topic will help you find out the problem

This is currently a bug with the patch that the debug text appears when not in developer mode. To fix the issue you can replace the version of _zombiemode_zone_manager.gsc in raw/maps with the version attached to this reply.
